WARRANTY POLICY 

At Select Door, we take pride in the quality of our products and craftsmanship. Our warranty is extended exclusively to our customer — the homebuilder.

All warranty claims must be submitted through the homebuilder.

Select Door does not process warranty requests directly from homeowners or third parties.

 

Warranty Coverage:

• Installed Products: Select Door warrants products we install for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. This warranty includes both parts and labor for issues resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.

• Supplied (Non-Installed) Products: For products supplied by Select Door but installed by others, the warranty period is one (1) year from the date the product is received by the homebuilder. These products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is passed along directly to the homebuilder. Labor is not covered on supplied-only products.

 

Iron Doors:
Our iron doors are handcrafted items, and as such, natural variations and slight imperfections in finish, texture, or appearance are to be expected. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects or warrantable issues.

 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by others, alteration, or lack of maintenance.
