At Select Door & Hardware, LLC we are committed to providing the highest quality of service to all our customers. If you are not happy with a recent order, are missing a part, or received a defective product, we will work with you to resolve any and all issues. Please contact us through email or by phone first to file a return request.



Customers have 30 days after delivery to return a product. All returned products must be packaged in their original boxes with all accessories that came with it: plastic bags, manuals, hardware, etc. Products must be in their original factory condition and should not be altered or damaged in any way, including the product box. Customers will be charged for any alterations or damages the product might contain.  Please carefully package all products into a shipping box and ship to our address. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Customers may also be charged a restocking fee based on the respective manufactures return policy. These fees will be disclosed to the customer ahead of time.


Damaged, missing, and/or defective products

In the event that a product arrives damaged, is missing a part, or is defective, please notify us within 2 days after delivery. We will assist you in the process of getting the product repaired or replaced through the respective manufactures warranty process. If the product has to be returned to us then it is subject to our return policy.


Package lost and/or damage

When an order is shipped all the information of the delivering carrier is sent to the customer, including the tracking number. Select Door & Hardware, LLC is not responsible if the package is damaged, misplaced, or lost during transit. Customers should file an appropriate claim with the delivering carrier to address any issues.



Please allow 2-9 business days after the product is delivered to us to process your refund. If a handling fee is charged then it will be reflected in the amount refunded. We will notify our customers of any fees that may be charged and when your refund has been processed.
